In this paper, we introduced panweighted field rough sets model based on pansystems theory, At the same time, put forward a new method of mining rules-educe rules use graph matching from information table. And apply this model to specific subjects. Pansystems scale and the transformation of order relation were researched. We analyzed the relation between macroscopical-order and semi-partial order. Combined with PanScale, we explored the essence of the transformation between macroscopical-order and semi-partial order. It carried out a fresh understanding of some of the original knowledge in computer science, turned the thoughts that their existent the thinking of observation and control, ascertaining difference and identity and body-shadow relation. It is hoped that we can find supports in theory to understand the complicated systems of computer by these samples and lay the foundation for the New Algorithm of the further exploration and research. In this paper, the main work and contributions are as follows:At first, we described the knowledge of rough sets. Based on this theory we linked rule mining of information table to graph matching, analyzed the Panweighted Field rough sets model and the transformation from Panweighted Field to Panweighted Filed-networks, At the same time, a new method of mining rules-educe rules use graph matching is put forward. With the support of Pansystems theory,Following, apply panweighted field rough sets model based on pansystems theory to specific subjects. The problem of Panweighted Field existing in computer science is analyzed. It carried out a fresh understanding of some of the original knowledge in computer science.In the end, from the pansystems ontology and epistemology's perspective, we introduce the pansystems measure theory and the innate measure characteristic of the material world, and various order relation. Furthermore, from the transformation of pansystems measures perspective, we interpret the essential of transformation between macroscopical-order and the semi-partial order. From the pansystems system transformation's perspective, we get a new recognition of order relation in computer science., and give their corresponding pansystems models. These new recognition which based on the systematic level provide us the foundation for further study and design of new algorithm.
