Grid computing has been highly concerned since been proposed in 90s of the last century. The idea of grid is sharing of cross-domain resources and eliminating isolated islands of information.Like TCP/IP protocol is the core of the Internet,in order to achieve the purpose of sharing cross-domain resources and coordination of computing power,a series of standards and rules are needed.Such as universal naming or terminology, properties and semantic description of unified computing resources and technical methods of functional realization, etc.Additional, present software development has rather turned to being developed by multi-teams which may acquaint the system scarcely and lack of association than traditional independent team. This conversion also leads to requirement of uniform standard.Grid resources have feature of widely distribution, heterogeneous and autonomous. The primary tasks of constructing a grid platform or system include developing standards, unifying description of grid resources and achievement rules of business processes. Therefore, the standard is critical for building grid systems. At present, grid systems can support the typical application of various fields and they tightly bind with e-Science.Address to this issue,we propose the architecture of deploying e-Science application systems on grid platform.Through researching of interfaces of four accesses which include resource management, log management, workflow management and informing mechanism of special cases for grid applications,we have established core interface rules framework which is called ADIF(Application Deployment Interface Framework) and developed the related application deploying middle ware. This architecture sets rules for the "arrangement list" of each function module. It has good formatting, semantic and grammar, and matters less by variety of outer environment and can be consistently used in various systems. Finally, based on the needs of the resources in the specificity by e-Science Grid user, this paper focused on the deployment of grid resource management sub-specification(ADIF-Resources Management). It mainly concerns three aspects of the deployment of resources including deployment of resources, resource destruction and resource undeploy to anti-function modules. This specification allows the ultimate users to re-description resource services,so that the grid platform can cover the unnecessary resource according to the needs of users.
