Houslehold appliances is needed by most of the Electric equipment company recently, to make sure the quality and capacity of the products. But there are much repeated work and and has low efficiency during development of the many electric equipment company, the codes is so huge, and it's difficult to maintain it. According to these issues, we present a solution by designing and implementing the common components in this field to improve the development efficiencyIn the test filed of the household appliances there are refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, dishwashers and so on, which have the quality and capacity testing before big quantity manufacture. Usually, when somebody get a testing project, who start from zero, to execute the requirement, coding, testing by following process. Because there are many similar parts among these different electric equipment testing project, following this procedure must lead to repeated work in software development. After the software crisis in 1960s, software engineer realized the big cost on software maintenance, which come out the software reuse concept, after that, component-based technologies appeared, to fix the issues such as repeated work and bad maintenance. This paper has summarized the experienc in household appliances testing system development, based on component-based concept and software reuses, come out the common functionality modules in household appliances testing system, encapsulate this module into components. These components have unique function through core codes, which has good reusability and maintenance. We can use these common components during future development of different kinds of electric equipment testing systems, add specific parts for some special electric equipment, then job is done. These avoid the much-repeated work, improve the efficiency and finish the product testing by following the standard. Which have good automatic ability and accuracy.This article follows equirement of electric equipment testing area, by analyzing common functionality modules, proposes some components: data component, trend display Component, data-list component, data-query component, information-in component, graph component, print component. Data component and curve-draw component are the core parts in this article. Data component is the link between the database and other components. Curve-draw component is used to draw the real-time curve based on real-time data. Which have much key arithmetic, such as enlarge, shorten, remark function.This paper gives a detailed designing and implementation about every component in section 3. These components have reusability, common interface, be able to implement unique functionality.Finally, this paper give a whole implementation example, to develop an household appliances testing system by using these components, which deeply shorten the development cycle, and show the good convenience and maintenance.C/S structure based Component design and implementation in household appliances testing system in this article, come out the standard API, which is simple and convenient, Most kinds of electric equipment can use these components, in order to shorten development cycle and improve the efficiency and accuracy, which reflect the advantage of component technologies, so the design of these components have big significance for us.
