In the past years,with the fast development of computer network and digital multimedia,traditional media data are gradually digitized,such as Electronic Commerce etc.As a result,digital media data are suffering from the malicious copy, deletion,modification and other illegal acts,which seriously threatens the safety of the digital media.Digital watermarking,serving as a kind of technology for copyright protection and information security,has become a research hotspot. According to the scope of applications of digital watermarking technology,it is generally classified into following categories:Image Watermarking Technology, Video Watermarking Technology and Audio Watermarking Technology.Digital audio watermarking technology is to make watermarking information be embedded into the original audio data and extracted from the original audio data.At the same time,the quality of the original audio data is not affected.In the area of copyright protection,information hiding and data authentication,the digital audio watermarking technology has found wide applications and is making progress with each passing day.In this thesis,several digital audio watermarking algorithms,in particular the watermarking algorithm in the frequency domain,are discussed.The thesis consists of several parts of work as follows:(1) The background,basic concepts,research fields and progress of digital watermarking are outlined.(2) The basic models of digital audio watermarking,including digital audio watermarking embedding model and digital audio watermarking extraction model,are discussed,the requirements for designing the digital audio watermarking system are put forward,the evaluation methods of the digital audio watermarking algorithm are analyzed and the application fields of the digital audio watermarking are briefly described.(3) Digital audio watermarking algorithm embeds watermarking information into the time domain,frequency domain and compressed domain.This thesis introduces in detail 5 kinds of digital audio watermarking algorithms.(4) On the basis of comparing several classic algorithms and analyzing their advantages and disadvantages,the thesis presents a method based on wavelet transform and mean quantization embedding the watermarking information into frequency domain.Experiment result shows that this scheme is inaudible and against some attacks such as compression and low pass filter effectively.
