Information Ranked Security Protection System Research And Application

In recent years, information application of our country is expanding rapidly and is more and more deeply depended on network environment, especially internet. However, informationalization only can go in a healthy way when information security is guaranteed. Ranked protection is defined as carrying out ranked protective measures, based on devoting in reason and the importance and practical security requirement of information network and significant information system. In this way, proper functioning and information security can be guaranteed. This paper submitted the solution of design and construction of information security systems of Province Population and Family Planning Commission (AHPFPC), based on the above-mentioned idea, the actual situation of AHPFPC, and consideration of safety, cost, and efficiency.Aiming at the necessity of information network security of the Province Population and Family Planning Commission, This paper described a project about deep network security protection that realizes zoning and ranked protection,according to the request of the information security ranked protection. Based on the ranked protection and combined the wooden barrel theory, a relative complete safety project was designed in the way of the physical level, the network level, the systematic level, the application layer, the administrative security , the data's recovery and the system's comeback and so on. The project not only analyses and explores in detail the firewall, the network invasion prevention system, the virus filtering gateway protection system, the safe and concentrative management system, but also brings forward the specific implementation details, and was carried out in the Province Population and Family Planning Commission's information network system.The design and implementation of in this paper can not only resist exterior attacks, but also defend interior attacks. At the same time, due to the project combining with managing factors, the whole system's security is improved infinitely and the performance of the system's security protection and the validity were also greatly improved.
