Design And Implement OA System Of Colleges And Universities Based On Business Basic Software Platform

OA system is currently one of the most popular and mature application systems. Colleges and universities, which are the base for the informationizing of the application software, have been in the front rank in both the use and the popularization of application software. Meanwhile, the development of Business Basic Software Platform which has been one of the major parts of software in recent years separates the professional logic from the development technology of application software, designing software by constructing professional models, visualization and non-programming. Compared with the traditional information management software, the period of the development of the information management software for the construction of the Business Basic Software Platform has been shorten a lot, the cost of which has also been reduced. It can be changed according to the demands flexibly. Therefore, it is significant and promising that we change the traditional designing model of OA, and construct an OA system for colleges and universities with the innovative platform based on Business Basic Software Platform. The thesis is to study and design OA system based on Business Basic Software Platform, and the contents are as follows:①The features and the developing trend of the existing Business Basic Software Platform are discussed, and the property requirements of the modeling Business Basic Software Platform. The properties the Business Basic Software Platform must possess are: a. it has the fast production of the soft professional progress and the supporting of platform; b. it can quickly define each professional progress and different functional models by visualization and non-programming, and can quickly be adapted to the continuously changing demands.②The requirements on general-purposed function in OA system of colleges and universities is analyzed according to the recent development of OA. And the functions can be divided into infrastructure set-up, daily work, administrative affairs, assistant work, department affairs as well as personal assistance, which are precisely explained and extracted respectively. The functions of OA system in colleges and universities should focus on incoming message management and out-coming message management, with the main purpose of the file transmission to both lower and higher level of people.③The whole design of the construction of OA system in colleges and universities which is based on Business Basic Software Platform is discussed, and the whole model of designing platform and application system is proposed. The lectotype of Business Basic Software Platform has been realized in the thesis to reach the expecting goals, centering on workflow and based on platform of visualization design and that of information exchange. In addition, the whole structure of systematic function model is designed on the basis of the analysis of demands, the design of database; operation layer and presentation layer are worked out.④The special problems faced in the construction of OA system in colleges and universities which are based on Business Basic Software Platform are analyzed, which can be solved by the interface between partial traditional development and Business Basic Software Platform. As far as the security of system is concerned, the joint guarantee is realized by user and password mechanism, figure certificate authorization and the transmission encryption of SSL.⑤The OA system mentioned above has been through test and realized. The conclusion shows that system can realize the automation of the work transferring in colleges and universities that of information management, meeting the demands of cooperation work between colleges and universities. It has a strong property of professional soft platform, the functions of which can be changed according to the demands, and have a strong lifecycle.
