In the research area of Communication Based Train Control(CBTC), train positioning is an important technology,which is important for the safty of the transportation and can improve the efficiency.We can use Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) to realize the self-positioning of the train,but if we have digital track map,we can positioning the train with GNSS better.When we use the digital track map in the area of CBTC,we can choose embedded system as the platform.There are track data like track line,related track equipment and so on in the digital track map,so if we manage the track data with embedded system,it is smaller and lighter,and costs less.So, if we want to creat a digital track map,we must do some research on receiving, processing and management of the track data.In this paper,we have some work on the receiving,processing and management of the data,and use some technology like GPS,embedded system,embedded database to research.At first,we do the design work for the digital track map.We receive GPS track data,taking the position data for research in this paper,and deal with it to gain the latitude and longitude data.Then we do some process work to convert the latitude and longitude data to plane coordinates.Then we can map the plane coordinates to describe the track and analyse it.Next,we establish the data management platform of the digital track map through designing the software and hard ware environment.In this paper,we choose S3C44B0 embedded system based on ARM7TDMI as the hardware environment,embedded operating system uClinux and embedded database SQLite as the software environment. Then we establish the cross compiling environment,gaining a virtual Linux on the computer,so as to get program which can run in uClinux on embedded system.Next, we edit uClinux on the rcoss compiling environment,transplanting the opcrationg system uClinux to the embedded system.Then we do some change in the kenel of uClinux,embedding SQLite into the kenel,changing some options and transplanting the new kenel with SQLite into the embedded system.Through the work above,we have established the data management platform of the digital map with the combination of ARM7+uClinux+SQLite.Through the research and the design of this paper,we proposed a method for data receiving,data processing and data management.With the method and the data management platform ARM7+uClinux+SQLite we designed,we supply an important base for the embedded digital track map.
