Terahertz(THz) space communication which possesses unique advantages distinct from optical communication and microwave communication has a broad application prospect in the future space communication field with high speed, great capability and good security. The success of filling up THz space communication gap and grasping the communication techniques will play an important strategic role.With reference to the relevant devices used in THz communication and the development trend of THz technology, we design a THz space communication system scheme containing system structure, working principle, key technology and system parameter design. The designed scheme has established a solid foundation for the future application of deep space detection, inter-satellite high speed data link, satellite formation and astro network. In order to further validate and perfect the designed scheme, a THz space communication link simulation including noise, propagation loss, antenna gain, beam width and system signal noise ratio is made to verify the designed parameters could satisfy the THz space communication requirements under certain distance and certain frequency range. Besides that, the unique characters of THz communication are further discussed during the simulation analysis. Finally, the vibration influence of spacecraft on the performance of THz communication system is studied. We establish Mathematical models after theoretical analysis and deeply analyze the influence of sinusoidal vibration, saw tooth wave vibration and square wave vibration on the system signal noise ratio of THz communication system which provide a theoretical basis and reference both for the design and optimization of practical system and for the design of beam acquisition system.
