The network education is a very important development direction in the course of current distance education.The development of net work education will rely on certain teaching support platform,which can support various teaching modes.The convenience and effective answer question system can answer the difficult problem for student in time.Therefore,it is one of important comosition parts of this platform.The performance of O/A work will be able to directly affect the quality of distance education.The thesis investigate some websites who actualize network distance education,and analysis the modern pattern of its online answering system,Point out the greatest deficiency of the network answering system at the present stage, and provide the solution methods.1.Through to analysis the function of answering system in most distance education website of our country , we point out that the online answering system in most website has many questions because of the technology of the computer they adopted.For example ,the response speed is not quick enouth ,the precision of inquering is not high enough and the system can't step the platform.2.Confirm the research purpose and research content contrapose to the state of answering system at present, and the research approach of each part.The article analyse the current situation of the develepment of the full text index technology and its basic princple at present. Through comparing the technology of the full-text index and the database,we point out the feasibility and advantage to set up the answer storehouse of the question with full-text index technology.3.We propose a basic model to set up the question answering system with full text index technologyAccording to this model and other technics,such as the database technology,the class package of lucene and jdom, we have finished the code programming of producing the answer to the question and the building of the index files of the answer to the question,and the keywords search through the index files.It can also be used with IE on the internet.4.Adope the jsp and database technics we realize the interdynamic module of teachers and students and the answer storehouse management module and the system management and safeguarding module.With this ,the question answering system will be more perfect.5.At the end of the text,we point out the insufficient of the system.Because we concentate on the building of the answer storehouse and its index files,so it is more close with synchronous question answering system and Automatic system. So the asynchronous answering questions and answering questions artificially is insufficient,but it is not difficult to finish it,How to use it with full text index technology is the most important.At the same time ,the interface of the system need more humanized and beautiful.
