Strain gauge is a kind of important measuring sensing element.It has been widely used in many fields such as automobile,industrial automatic equipment,aviation, medical treatment and petroleum,and so on.By reason of many drawbacks in manual cutting technique for strain gauge at present,developing a kind of efficient and high-precision intelligent cutting equipment for strain gauge will possess actual application value.On the basis of project"Development of strain gauge intelligent cutting equipment"as the background,which is under an authorized by the Commission of Science,Technology and Industry for National Defense,a suit of strain gauge intelligent cutting system based on field-bus control technique was designed.This system adopts image processing techniques to realize automatic positioning of the cutting lines.And, the laser technique to realize cutting of strain gauge is adopted.Ethernet field-bus control technique realizes the centralized monitoring of the field apparatus.The accurate, fast-speed and massive incision for strain gauge is accomplished.The strain gauge image process,the design of the controller and the performance of Ethernet field-bus control system were mainly studied.The main work is as follows:(1) Analyzing current situation and existing problem of the strain gauge cutting technique.Point out the study significance of the strain gauge intelligent cutting system and the performance index of the system to be realized.Besides,the system operational principle was described.(2) Image initial stage process of the exactitude positioning algorithm for the strain gauge cutting line was accomplished,which included of image filtering of strain gauge, binarization of gray level image,searching of connected domain,extraction of identification and its thinning.(3) The communication between upper monitor and lower control system realized through Ethernet.The control program of the field-bus control system based on its workflow and performance evaluation was designed.It realizes the driving of field apparatus and information interchange with upper monitor.(4) in view of the existing problem of NCS control system,simulation by using the NS2 network transport protocol,flowing rate generator,routing queue management and routing algorithm,the testing of Ethernet network performance was realized.The main problem existing in positioning system is time-delay problem of Ethernet.(5) The composition and characteristic of time-delay were analyzed.The influence of time-delay on control system performance is given through simulation.In view of the random time-delay in Ethernet,the solution of the NCS random time-delay was put forward.The time-delay research was turned into the research of the system uncertainty. The keeping capability control algorithm and H_∞state feedback control algorithm were designed.The simulation results verify the validity of the algorithm for random time-delay.
