Identifying quality of hatching eggs are an important and hard work in the farms. It is difficult to meet the needs of high volume testing to use still images .What is more,it has an impact on the detection speed.The mechanism of hatching eggs quality inspection based on machine vision system is developed instead of using still images to detect hatching eggs for improving detecting accuracy and effciency.Contents specifically are following:1. A gency model of the hatching eggs feeding and rolling mechanism is developed.On the basis of kinetic analysis of eggs in an arc-type roller,the main motion parameters and the size of body parts are defined.The mechanism which makes the hatching eggs achieve a smooth,uniform and transportation turnover,meets the requirements of online testing and then the eggs appear in a machine vision system.2. The machine vision hardware system is built.The light box which is matched with the hatching eggs feeding and rolling mechanism,is designed.A 22W fluorescent light ring is selected during the experiment.3. The main technical parameters including motor speed,chain speed,friction tape speed,hatching eggs rotation angle as well as the testing speed of agencies are determined.4. The best match rate of mechanism between the machine vision inspecting system was put forward.The best match rate range is 0.127~0.253(m/s),theoretical basis for follow-up study is provided. |
