With the development of computer science,network technology and the popularization of information technology,all kinds of intelligent appliances are continuous pouring into ordinary families.The concept and application of digital home network has increasingly drawn more attentions.The aim is to break the facts of "information isolated island",and realsize the resource sharing and service cooperation between various information terminals.The realization of the digital home network requires an open standard that can link different devices seamlessly.However,there are many relevant standards in the field,and there is no one standard that is absolutely dominant.Among the standards,UPnP and IGRS(also known as the "Intelligent Grouping and Resource Sharing") possess particularly significant status.How to interconnect the two devices,realize service calling and information sharing has significant realistic meanings and has become a research hotspot.OSGi Open Services Gateway provides an open service platform.Digital home network control center built with the technology will have a very high flexibility and scalability,so the focus of this paper is the realization of interconnection between UPnP devices and IGRS devices in OSGi platform.This article first introduced the concept of digital home networking and its developing actuality,as well as various middleware technologies,and then analysed OSGi framework,the basic principles and realization mechanisms of IGRS and UPnP protocol.Based on this basis,we do some researches on the interconnection mechanism of IGRS and UPnP protocol in OSGi platform.That is firstly,adding an IGRS service in OSGi framework,then adding a component called UI agent to achieve communication between two different devices by service searching and providing,protocol translation and messages transmission.Finally,an experiment is given to verify the feasibility of the interconnection mechanism.
