| With the development of computer technology,advanced measurement technology and artificial intelligence,a novel engineering technology,reverse engineering,is getting more and more attention in manufacturing and machining fields.As a key technology,3D model reconstruction is playing a more and more important rote in reverse engineering.Based on rational model,which has been used broad in control filed,3D surface model with rational model structure is reconstructed.Based on the application effectiveness about general parameters identification algorithm on 3D surface model reconstruction,novel parameters estimation algorithms,together with the proof process are presentedThe optimal strategy based on the control theory is added into iterative processing so that parameter convergence rate is improved obviously.In the simulation experiments part,three examples from three view of exactness, optimization,adaption for 3D surface complexity for the above parameters estimation algorithms are given.In the practice experiments part,using the data cloud from the 6-DOF laser measurement system,the 3D surface of a real object was reconstructed.Besides,the feature of the 3D surface rational model has been presented.With comparison to other resemble models,the rational model has shown a great advantage in model expression and application.Also in the simulation and practice experiments, the reconstruction results of the rational model and rational B-spline model were given which show that the rational model also has a advantage in reconstruction exactness. From all above,with no doubt,the rational model will play a more important role in 3D surface reconstruction. |
