PID controller is a basic control method with a long history and life.It was developed in the year 1915.You could get a satisfactory result in control system by properly regulating the parameters of proportion,integral and differential.PID controller is still in common use till now.With the continual progress of industry,the control system in fact is getting more and more complex.Nowadays the mathematic model of industrial control system can't be constructed because that it usually has the performance of non-linear,time changing and uncertainty.So researching new control arithmetic is a popular trend.Fuzzy control is an intelligent control method which is based on language variables.It is carried out through experiment of operator.It is applicable for the industrial control system whose mathematic model can't be constructed easily.It has a strong robust.But a single fuzzy controller also can't satisfy some special control systems,because that it has coarse control result,limited adaptive capability and concussion.Immune feedback system which based on the creatural immune system was developed from manual immune system.So it has both strong study ability and pattern identify ability.It can make a fast response and get stability quickly.Immune feedback system has strong intelligence.Firstly,the paper introduces conventional PID controller,fuzzy controller and immune feedback system in this article.Mixing these three control methods above, the paper puts introduces a new control method called fuzzy immune adaptive PID controller.The new controller can make a quick and accurate control on the industrial system with non-linear,time changing and uncertainty,and get a good result.Finally,aiming at the controlling on water level of shipping boiler,the paper makes simulation and analyzes the results.According to the analysis,it could get the conclusion that fuzzy immune adaptive PID controller has better dynamic and static performance,anti-interferential performance and robust performance because of the immune feedback.So it is an advantage and reliable intelligent control method.
