Research On The Data Transfer Thechnology Of SAP System

With the technology and economic globalization,as well as the development of enterprise informatization,making the needs of business processes informatization and management informatization growing ever louder,which are in our enterprises in many sectors.While as the NO.1 ERP software,the SAP system represents the most advanced management thinking and the best software design,so that it is bound to be the best choice to improve their international competitiveness and the level of informatization.But before the implementation of SAP system,how should a large amount of data transfer to SAP system? And then,after the implementation of SAP system,how to ensure that data transmission between the original system and SAP system? They would be the contents of Research on the Data Transfer Technology.As research objects,based on SAP R/3 system and the logistics management system,this paper studies on data transfer technology and data conversion between the original system and SAP R/3 system.In addition,it proposes solutions of data transfers from the logistics system to SAP R/3 system,and concretely describes the programs of transferring the main data.At first,this paper introduces SAP R/3 system's modules,structure and data dictionary.And then with focus on the analysis of data transfer technology,methods and LSMW provided by SAP R/3 system,as well as the interfaces which are used to integrate external application.In addition,transferring the customer data as an example, this paper detailedly analyzes the data structure of both of system and their mapping rules,and proposes solutions of transferring customer master data.Finally,through the experiment on SAP system,the transfers of the customer master data from the logistics system to SAP R/3 system have been completed with LSMW Workbench and standard data transfer program,accordingly verifies the feasibility of the project.
