| The paper has carried out an intensive study of the video enhancement application in the environment with bad weather conditions.The paper has done a research on the weather factors that affect the quality of images,based on which it classified the images acquired under such bad weather conditions into two categories.For the first category videos that acquired in the dawn and dark,the paper has brought forward an adaptive video enhancement algorithm based on closed-operation.The algorithm can enhance features and suppress noise.
