Design And Implementation Of Video Surveillance System Based On Web Services

In recent years, with the emergence of smart phones and the rapid development and widely application of computer network、mobile wireless network,the old Video Surveillance model is difficult to meet the growing security needs.People hope that no matter in any place anywhere, as long as access to the Internet with a PC or smart phone, you can enter a specific real-time video surveillance system to view information, However, different monitoring systems are not compatible between the information sharing has become a bottleneck. The new network application technology architecture of Web Service technologies, providing a new model for enterprise application integration, web services are more and more popular in business and IT systems. The main objective of Web services, building a platform-independent and language-independent development of the technology layers on the heterogeneous platforms, each layer use technology platform to rely on each other’s connection and integration. The study of cross-platform Web Service interface has great significance to improve the system’s operational capacity and expansion capabilities.This paper firstly researches and analyzes the related technology of Web services’s architecture,digital video compression and network transmission, and then on the base of this, by analyzing the requirement of china mobile surveillance system, design of the video system architecture,finally,make a detailed design of system interface. Meanwhile,the image of video surveillance systems is not clear has been plagued by us all the time,so in this paper,we also research the aspect of Super-resolution image enhancement.The researches and designs of this paper is working from the reflection of real time application, nowadays, the developed video surveillance platform has been applied on one video surveillance system successfully, the system is running stably and reliably.
