With the developing of technology, the development tendency of PLC control system has feature of comprehensive and networking. To meet the need of PLC teaching, the control system should have functions of control layer, monitoring management layer and remote monitoring layer, and integrates the technologies of configuration software, data exchange, singlechip microcomputerand communication technology, to build comprehensive experimental platformto cultivate high-quality talented people.The paper provides a project and technology with multi-function and comprehensive experimental platform. This network control system consists of Siemens PLC and communication modules, which can provide many experimental platforms like PPI, PROFIBUS-DP and Ethernet with system integration technology; And the upper computer monitoring module of this system adopts industrial configuration software WinCC, King view and MCGS to realize long-distance monitor of PROFIBUS-DP network with OPC technology; expanded PLC information control function by designing user defined I/O multi-path simulating collector with technologies of single chip microcomputer and CPLD;combines PLC technology and inverter and stepper motor by network technology, to explore standard PLC object TM2 and manipulator secondly, Constitutes a related motion control system, analogs control of the production line and displays the motion control of PLC; combining PLC technology and process control object to realize the application of PLC process control; to realize wireless control function by combined wireless control technology; and networking with Mitsubishi Q PLC, realized interexchange with different brand PLC; moreover, the structure of system is very abundant by expored many experiment program.The debugging and experimental results indicate that this system is close to the practice of industrial technology today, which can provide a comprehensive experimental platform with many techniques to students'course design, graduation project and PLC technology research.
