Research And Design Of Soft Plc System Based On S3C2410

Traditional PLC has monopolized much to the progress of man in the domain of automatic control. But recent years, with the development of computer technique and the appearance of IEC61131-3 criterion, SoftPLC developed by leaps and bounds. Recent years, embedded system has been widely used in the field of industry control. So it's a trend to combine the embedded system and SoftPLC, SoftPLC can work in an embedded system as an embedded application programming.The first half of this paper introduces the SoftPLC and Embedded Systems, expounds the hardware system's design idea of SoftPLC. and designs the SoftPLC hardware system in accordance with the specific needs, and then to customize Windows CE embedded operating system. The latter of the paper mainly expounds the implement process of embedded SoftPLC's development and running system, the realization of Ladder diagram editor is mainly discussed in the development system. The SoftPLC running system is designed according to the "Cycle Scan" work model of PLC. In every working cycle, SoftPLC goes through three steps to run program, which include input sampling, interpreting and executing user's program and output refreshing. This paper provides a full description of system and detailed realization of embedded SoftPLC, and it can be very good reference in the research of the same field.
