The absolute line displacement grating sensor. It is a digital measurement device in which optics, mechanics and electricity are integrated. With photoelectrical technology, the physical measurements line displacement are transformed into electronic signal. The signal is sent to computer to accomplish the dynamics measurement and real time control by compare, magnify, pulse-shaping, correction, subdivision and coding. The paper make out a new way of coding, and draw one mapping code between the straight line location and code, and use BP neural network to realize the decoding; In order to improve the measurement accuracy, the output signals of incremental grating is subdivided. The accuracy of grating get to3μm; The paper design illumination system base on the Coding ruler, and determine the receiving system base on linear array CCD ,and design imaging optical system which meet the requirements of CCD; The output signals of CCD is deal with filtering,interrelate sampling,differential amplification,differential, and achieve the signal acquisition and data processing.
