The transformation trends of from "Business-centric" to "Customer-centric" take the higher requirements for bank industry, the traditional banks as the media of cash-flow had been not meet the people's needs, in order to survive and expand their businesses, Internet bank has been appeared inevitably. Therefore, it has important practical value of studying on Internet bank, the results of research in this article are as follows:1. Analyzed the development and application status of Internet bank both at home and abroad. Introducing it had the higher demand as the rapid development of new commercial of Internet bank for the flexibility of IT architecture.2. Analyzed the technology of Web Service which has been considered as the most important technology for implementing SOA strategy. Detailed analyzed the requirements of Internet bank, demonstrated the feasibility of implementing SOA infrastructure with Tuxedo and Weblogic middleware products and proposed a solution.3. Analyzed the drawbacks of the simple B/S or C/S mode for e-banking, pointed out the necessary of using B/S and C/S mixed-mode system for Internet bank.4. Implemented a Internet bank system based on SOA, divided as fine grained for the core business of bank, such as, deposits, transfer and other operations. Improved the infrastructure of bank information system, software reusability and avoided the duplication of development efforts, introduced how to integrate legacy applications to SOA framework as an example.5.Achieved a B/S and C/S mixed mode of accessing business for Internet bank, greatly increased the flexibility of the system, reduced the response time of IT infrastructure for new bank businesses.
