This paper realizations the automation, the intellectualization of the environment humidity and temperature examination, the water pollution monitor, the agricultural plant irrigation, through the new technology of computer graphics and the union of the sensor network data acquisition and artificial intelligence neural network. It successfully implements the function of real-time monitoring and visualization processing of the gathering data, such as visualization analysis, visualization government, visualization management,visualization excavation,intelligent forecast pollution source and proliferation,instead of time-consuming hard manual type gathering and emergencies. The system can make the intelligent decision-making to the visualization monitoring environment, fine irrigation plant, save the water resources. The system can also manage the soil moisture scientifically, enable the plant to maximize the ecology benefits. And the system can real-time dynamic monitor of water quality, supervising and managing effectively to help reduce water pollution. The main research content of this paper is:1.
