The Framework And Actualization-technology Research In Educational E-government Resources Conformity Platform

With the rapid development and application of computer and network,information system has influenced every trade.The flourishing e-government is one of results caused by it, and all levels of governments have built its e-government systems.Before time,e-government software was not designed and developed independently aimed to every department's requirements of government in our country,they hadn't got unified programming and unified system design,it make software system occurred many questions,such as operation logic was developed repeatedly,users' information was not consistent,it existed login phenomena in different points,data accessed hardly between each other and so on;In addition,the long term of E-government causes the development and implementation of current E-government to be faced with a series of severe problems, especially how to utilize the existent resources(data and software) is now paid greatest attention to,and is a thorny problem to be solved at present.Its essence is how to integrate the available resources.Through studying on Infrastructure and Web Services deeply,the paper proposes an architecture for E-Government system-"Infrastructure -Based E-Government Architecture".The main research of this paper is as following:1.Realities of Infrastructure are summarized.The paper proposes that infrastructure applications in current E-Government are lack of universal and referenced architecture.So the research goal of the paper is presented.2.The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system architecture which is often used in the represent time,and then proposes the facing difficulty of E-Government. On the basis of these,the paper proposes Infrastructure-Based E-Government Architecture, combining the development of Service Oriented Architecture and Web Services.All services in this architecture are developed with Web Services.3.Infrastructure-Based E-Government Architecture has been applied in the case project of E-government.The flexible business requirements in the project are satisfied.At the same time,Infrastructure-Based E-Government Architecture gives a massive base to the case project for future extending.The case shows template and experience for congener system developing.Now,this item has completed the exploitation and run formally in Jilin educational department,everything is in a good way,we will do some expansion of upgrade and adjust basing on the circumstances at present,at the same time,and this will extend to the whole province in the near future.
