Image processing has become an active research area in the community of computer vision. The new digital X-ray radiography based on optical fiber taper coupling. It has some advantages of high resolution, light, small volume and portability. It can satisfy the demand of small domain medical imaging and nondestructive testing. Although the new system has many advantages, but in the digital imaging process, for some reasons, is bound to the inducement of noise, low-resolution image, the image of poor quality, a great impact on the doctors and staff of the detection and accurate diagnosis . To this end, it is necessary to understand the impact of the image quality of various sources of noise, and its relations with a variety of signals, and then take specific measures to reduce such noise, enhance the details of the image, improve the image quality.The paper focuses on the research of the type of noise of a portable medical X-ray radiography, and gives its specific classification of noise. According to the specific characteristics of the images, proposed the algorithm to improve the image sharpening. Involving a number of key image processing algorithms such as: Laplace operator, the gradient method, and so on.Under the deal with the specific requirements of this article, we have from the hardware and image processing technology to improve image sharpening. In the hardware is used with high sensitivity and good performance components to improve the quality of the image. In image processing, proposed the multiple algorithm which combine a multi-frame mean, the neighborhood processing with the hybrid space method to improve the image sharpening, the theoretical analysis of the multiple algorithm for image sharpening has the significantly effect, then experiments carried out, and proved that significantly improve the quality of the image, some of the texture information of the image have been to recover.
