Copper auto-packaging production line is large metallurgical automated packaging equipment, which combines the application of a mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, such as science and technology. The device is in the intermittent transmission of translational motion of the uniform distribution chain installed position on the material, on-line automatic Heavy-bit, copper plastic workers, and workers pressed compact spaces, such as automatic packing position, the relatively independent position, parallel co-ordination to achieve the automated packaging copper. As an application of engineering issues, this paper, a detailed control system part of the system hardware design and software design. The results showed that both methods can achieve more rapid copper specification, high-precision quantitative weight.To overcome the traditional manual method of the shortcomings of weight and achieved weight automatically. Improve the efficiency of the weight measurement to optimize the automatic packaging production line of copper existing structures.
