Civil aviation Transport's rapid development has brought the rapid increase in flights; the tower control airspace in the airport has become abnormal crowded. In order to ensure the sustainable development of civil aviation, we need break the false imprisonment of traditional navigation rules, introduce advanced aviation control means supported by new technologies.The control tower simulation Based on the intent is integration of the air traffic control tower simulation technology and the application of the intent information, which is a new research direction. First, the paper research the intent of information application in the control tower, including the intention of information application form, a necessary condition, then designed a highly efficient encoding under the current ADS-B communications capabilities.The core of the tower control simulation has high complexity. in communication, in design, analysis and design method of oriented-object, and the simulation core framework based on the layered model are adopted, which enable the simulation core easier to maintain and expand. generation, transmission, reception, analysis of the intent information is used as the communications core; in computing model, the aircraft kinematics model, dynamic model based on the performance of the aircraft is used as the calculation core; The core of the calculation uses a mechanism of fixed time step to simulate the dynamic process of air traffic in the tower control zone and part of the airspace. At the same time, the data is sent to the visual subsystem,Simulation results show that calculation models are realistic, accurate and reliable.Finally, on this basis, further study an important application, which is the conflict detection based on the intent information. The results showed that can detect potential conflicts and alarms in advance which compared with traditional methods. The method makes the pilots and controllers have sufficient time for decision-making, to avoid conflict, and improve the efficiency of control.
