Heart is the dynamic organ of human blood circulation, the function of the heart counts for heath. Cardiac reserve is the capacity of heart escalation which can be presented in the dinamic variations of heart. Therefore, it is meaning to explore indexes to evaluate cardiac reserve, not only in medical domain, also in cin-medical domain. It is validated in some materials that myocardial elasticity is closely related to heart function, the important aspect of the assessment of cardiac reserve. The project expansion is under the definition of myocardial elasticity reserve.In this project, idiographic measurement methods are proposed under the former research and the relationship of myocardial elasticity and cardiac reserve. The details are as follows:First, do a survery about the method used to detect the cardiac reserve in recent years, in this project, ultrasound is used to detect myocardial elasticity so as to assess the function of cardiac reserve based on mastering the development of the recent methods.Second, in the project, mean arterial pressure / left ventricular end-systolic short-dimension reserve pre-and post motion is proposed as the main index of the myocardial elasticity via the research of myocardial elasticity. A reasonable and reliable experimental scheme is also designed in the project.Third, echocardiogram and blood pressure are acquired from four groups, 90 in total by ultrasound diagnostic equipment and sphygmomanometer. The groups are formed by the athlete, college students, normal persons and the hyperthyroidism.Fourth, in this article, analysis is done upon the method of processing of ultrasonic image ,such as denoising,enhancement, edge detection, geometric transformation and so on. Software is designed to process and measure the ultrasonic images, analysis and manage the data. It is steady and reliable,which benefits the large sample measurement.Finally, the results are obtained via statistical analysis are as follows: The value of mean arterial pressure / left ventricular end-systolic short-dimension reserve varies in different groups: athlete: 1.45±0.05; normal college students: 1.30±0.03; normal people: 1.29±0.03; the hyperthyroidism: 1.05±0.09.This in turn indicates that it can be an index of the evaluation of myocardial elasticity function, which provides a method for assessment of the cardiac reserve function via myocardial elasticity。...
