Our project came from the medicine-industry project about micro robot which can exam in human body. Our research is mainly about wireless positioning in body.Focusing on the special environment in human body, at first, this paper discussed the importance about the examination in body with micro capsule robot, and analyzed the statement of this research in and out nation. Because this research is at the beginning stage, we can believe that it has huge development space within a long time.After analyzing and comparing a variety of positioning methods, this paper raise a kind of wireless positioning based on phase difference of several points, and described the designing plan and principle.Since the TDOA arithmetic is the main positioning arithmetic of this system, we have deep research at this arithmetic, including getting the difference and solving the positioning equation.Then we have some research on antenna. We chose the helical antenna according to the system requirement to design and simulate.DSP circuit is very important and also difficult. Our project has detailed research on every module of the DSP circuit, and simulation of the module. They can be reference to design PCB board later.There should be an impedance match circuit between antenna and DSP circuit, so we designed the impedance match circuit to improve the receiving efficiency.Finally after the design and simulation, we used PROTEL to draw the circuits of the whole system, then brought them to factory to produce, and had some test on them.All in all, this project has studied the wireless positioning system, which is based on the three-dimensional space, to settle the key issues on the micro-robot capsule in vivo environment. The project will promote the process of micro-robot capsule's application, and help to implement the capsule wireless position technology in human body.
