Adaptive Modeling And Execution Mechanism Of Service Process

Service process is used to join up a series of service activities with each other by certain form for create value for customs. Now there are many service process management systems, they are joined with BPR (Business Process Reengineering) technology to manage business service process, and to realize the automation of service process.Current service process has a critical problem, which is that the adaptability of service process management system is a little weak, many service process products don't support dynamic changing of business requirements, and they are extremely restricted by exterior applications, so we need to do research on service process adaptability, and propose a more adaptive service process model framework.Firstly, this paper makes a short description of service process and its relative technology; secondly it researches on service process adaptive modeling based on ECA rules and proposes Interior Activity ECA rules Model, and then it researches on Adaptive optimization of service process based on QoS, later it researches on Service Process Task Allocation Model based on Rule Template, at last it designs system from business debit process instance based on requirement of enterprise and customers, which enhance the adaptability of service process management system, and validates the system's feasibility and practicability.
