This article is mainly about the application of wavelet in signal processing, especially in spectrum analysis. In signal processing, we usually need to know different frequency components in the signal. We use the frequency bands dividing characteristic of wavelet and FFT to process signals and pick up different frequency components.In processing, we find that there is frequency alias in sub-band reconstruction which is caused by Mallat algorithm. In this article, we offer a solution of this problem and extend this solution to wavelet packet analysis which has the same problem.In the processing of solving problem, there is not only a mathematical derivation, but also signal simulation processing. It combines the theoretical reason and practical knowledge of DSP and coding. We can see a lot of data and images in this paper which is easy to understand.
