Property Price Information System Analysis And Design

In this paper,the author researched a number of current property price information systems,and analysed the characteristics and functions of these systems.Then,start with requirement analysis,the author defined fundamental functions which this system ought to have.A method of information acquisition is put forward through the study of composition of property price,and a detailed way of information acquisition classification is work out through acquisition of information of Program Features,price, development cost,resource consumption,quantities as well as information summarization.Method of information processing of single project and a kind of projects has been worked out.Fuzzy and grey theory is put forward into system building in order to estimate engineering data of proposed project.Project characteristic indexes are used to define similar projects and to get interrelated information,and exponential smoothing is appled to estimate the engineering data of proposed project as the foundation of the system.Sample analysis proved that the fuzzy and grey theory is feasible and scientific to estimate price and relative engineering data of proposed real estate project.In the end system design is carried out,system development technology is presentated,and B/S structural models of three layers is built up.Though the requirement analysis of the system,the author works out eight functional modules:news center module,Policies and Regulations module,property price module,cost of development module,quantities module,resource consumption module,price index module,back-stage management module.Design the database tables and data relation, database safety design scheme is put forward,and bring about elemental functions of the property price information system.
