Temperature monitoring system of SPC exchange use the wire or the wireless's communication to realize monitor'method of the temperature of SPC exchange real-time and change the traditional monitor'method mainly reling on artificial operation and increasingly improves the degree of automation of SPC exchange'temperature monitor,strengthening response' speed of SPC exchange temperature warning and emergency,saving human resource and material resource and it is the hot-spot research field of home and abroad.With the development of communication technology continuously,data fusion technology has been used more and more wide in all fields,it is the key technique of wireless sensor networks and its purpose reduces the communication traffic and the energy consumption of networks,raising data's accuracy and optimizing overall performance.The paper uses the data fusion technology to carry on the fusion to multi-spot temperature of the program controlled switch different position in the wireless sensor networks, the temperature after causing the fusion is close to the actual temperature of the switchboard.The whole wireless supervisory system is composed by the data acquisition,the data transmission and the data processing three parts.The data acquisition part is responsible to collect on the sensor the condition information and these informations according to certain form upward level transmission.The data transmission part will gather the condition information which the terminal will deliver according to the wireless sensor network protocol through the wireless sensor networks to transmit for the far-end control center client. The data processing part make use of the data fusion technology processing the switchboard temperature data which transmits the wireless networks, speaking of the temperature data fusion, its goal is uses the homogeneity temperature sensor to use the multi-spots to the different position to carry on the fusion, obtains the closer switchboard temperature actual data, then grasps the switchboard the status and realizes to the switchboard temperature real-time monitor.The paper in the multianalysis program controlled switch characteristic parallel connection has shoulded in the domain where research and develop the present situation,to give the integrity system software and hardware constitution as well as the design process, and has carried on the thorough analysis and the research in this foundation to the system structure and the realization method, proposed the data fusion technology and the wireless sensor networks combination, use the real-time monitor the correspondence plan.This system design completes prime task: (1)The distributional multi-channel data acquisition system which system hardware design, this article uses AT89C51 which produces by American ATMEL Corporation, the high performance CMOS 8 monolithic integrated circuits and American DALLS Corporation produces the DS18B20 wireless temperature sensor composes.(2)Using the tmote sky wireless data transmission module to carry on the data transmission.(3)System software uses the C language to design at89C51 monolithic integrated circuit data acquisition program,the interrupt program and the periphery circuit program design.(4)Using the data fusion method to calculate and analyse the data.Based on the data fusion technology program controlled switchboard temperature wireless supervisory system is one kind of unattended automated,the intellectualized switchboard temperature gathering supervisory system.This system network architecture, the data transmission method, the information gathering pattern and the data processing method also for other SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,data acquisition and monitoring) the system has provided one kind advanced,the effective information gathering model. So long as modification slightly provide for other systems, it has the very strong probability. Like this both may enhance the monitor the automaticity, and may save the massive manpower and the financial resource,has the high practical value and the economic value.
