With the development of economy and society, a variety of technology has been applied to promote the efficiency of agriculture because of the needs and inputs of the agriculture has been up more and more. Modern agriculture is not only concerntrating on the quantity and quality, but also called for reducing consumption as much as possible, as a result the precision agriculture is born. Planting is an important part in precision agrivulture, which is operated by precision tillage seeder, and the distribution of seed drill is one of main indicators which to test the performance of the tillage seeder.According to China's national standard "GB6973-86 single-particle (precision) Drill test method", precision seeder performance testing of the sowing seed monomer contains an indoor test bench and for the whole of the field tests. At present, the indoor conditions of a relatively fixed bench, it was relatively easy to achieve, there are many designs and programs are mature. Field trials are complex and changeable for field conditions, research is relatively weak. This issue is to study field test equipment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. System structureThe system detects the uniformity of the tillage seeder by the combination of distance&speed measurement module, image recognition module and the calculation processing module. Distance measurement module is mainly responsible for measuring the distance of tillage seeder, and is connected to the tillage seeder by mounted equipment; image recognition module placed in the bottom of the planter and check the corn seed whether falls or not; Calculation processing module processing the data collected, the results in accordance with the needs of the operation.2. Hardware of systemDistance measurement is composed of optical encoder and special mounted equipment. the special mounted equipment has two wheels, in which was assemblied an optical encoder. Image recognition module is composed of colorful linear CCD and DSP processing circuit. These two modules are connected to the Calculation processing module, and are scheduled by the Calculation processing module.3. Study on experimental data and algorithmUsing scientific methods of measurement in calculating the data for analysis and processing. Compare the theoretical data with the results which was calculated Under a variety of methods. Rule out the methods which conclude greater deviation by Statistics and probability, and selected a more reasonable method.Innovation department of this paper:1. Put forward a method of two-way optical encoder reference signal measurement, to avoid the single-channel signal as a result of accidents arising from the phenomenon of information distortion in practical, improved the reliability and accuracy of data, and greatly expanded the scope of application of testing instruments.2. The design based on image acquisition technology using linear CCD which charged species. This design avoided the manual intervention in experiment, eliminated the man-made factors on the impact of the measurement results, improved the measurement accuracy of the system to achieve real-time seed-line state detection, facilitated the analyze of the measurement, and simplified the operation in field effectively.
