Tyre quality inspection machine is the most important measurement system of tyre manufacture. We can find the structure disfigurement in the innner of tyre by inspecting the tyre quality, avoiding the disqualification going to use, and find problems in the producing process in time by analysing defects of tyre. So it is help to develop the quality of tyre. There products important industrial project. It is sponsored by digital rubber and tyre production machine which is belong to national science and technology supporting project. In order to eliminate the variable disturbance in the measure process and avoid to make the wrong justice about tyre quality, this project chooses a filter method which is suiTab. to these machine through researching the FIR filter. After using it to the tyre quality inspection machine, it enhances the accuracy of these machines.First, this thesis has studied the machine structure, electrical control and software method of tyre quality inspection machine such as tyre dynamic balance test machine, tyre uniformity test machine and the tyre eccentricity test machine. After analysising these measurement systems and their surroundings related factors and the disturbance in measurement process, the paper generalizes the feature of the measurement signal. And according to the signal feature, the thesis has studied the principle of FIR digital filter and it's realization method and how to use the matlab which is a kind of simulate software to design the suiTab. digital filter, then simulating the common FIR filter. After that, we use the digital filter to eliminate the disturbance in the signal which gathers from tyre quality inspection machines. At last, put the suiTab. filter to realize by Delphi and verify the feasibility by analysising the measurement results.Nowadays, the checked filter method has been used to these machines. The result of application show that the method has achieved the goal to remove the disturbance.
