In this paper, studying on computer aided sizing design system of piloted relief valve, expatiate on the capacity of operation, principle of movement and how to choose the parameter when sizing. Having very important directed sense on the choice of relief valve correctly, reasonably, economically. And this complexed process has been completed quickly, correctly via computer aided. Based on petroleum and chemical industry has the character of high-tech, high-danger, civilian, enverioment impaction, the study of this paper has important effect to the operation of this industry smoothly, normally and economical.This paper follow the code and criteria of ASME, API ANSI and ISO etc, describe the choice and determination of basical parameter of design of piloted relief valve computer aided sizing, combinted with material, hydrodynamics, thermodynamics, informatics, computer technical, mechanism etc., that is inteqrative, multi-subject study.It may know the paper intuitionistic, sensibility that simplified the systemic, complexed, specialty process of sizing of piloted relief valve to more operation, simply, commonnal sizing program by the demo of computer aided sizing system.
