Research On Test Question Classification And Similar Test Questions Detection Based On Domain Knowledge

With the development of computer and network technology,some practices and tests which use no paper and select questions randomly are more and more used in all kinds of computer examinations system,which are realized by electron test questions library.Generally test questions are recorded manually.Once a test question is recorded, it can be used for a long term.However,test question classification and repeated questions detection come along with the continual and large increase of the test questions in the management of test questions library.Traditional classification and detection by humans can not complete this arduous task.Therefore,how to classify and wipe off the repeated or similar test questions effectively is a serious issue in the management of test questions library.For the above problems,considered the characteristics of the domain knowledge and test questions,this paper brings the document classification technology and the sentence similarity computing technology into the management of the test question's library to propose the test question classification and similar test questions detection based on domain knowledge.The major research content is in the following:First,propose regionality characteristic of the test question by analyzing the test questions library.The test question is the simplest and most effective way of test evaluation.Knowledge that is the part of the test question belongs to the knowledge point which is the type of the test question.Regionality characteristic ensures the feasibility of test question classification.Second,introduce domain knowledge and text classification algorithms to test question classification.This paper proposes the method of test question classification based on domain knowledge,and achieves the classification of test question using the characteristics of domain knowledge and question coupled with improved KNN classifier.Third,propose similar test questions detection based on domain knowledge in this paper.Considering that domain knowledge affects calculation of similarity and taking into account the characteristics of the test question,this paper combines domain knowledge and the sentence similarity computing to achieve similar test questions detection. Last,design and achieve test question classification and similar test questions detection by taking the "computer operating system" course as objective,and meanwhile consider the participation of domain experts fully.
