The Technical Research Of Emergent Event's Auto-process Based On Rule Reasoning

All kinds of public emergencies happen frequently in modern society,so people pay much more attention to Integrated Emergency Response System(IERS).All the big cities in China are building IERS actively in recently years.Shanghai as the biggest city in China need the Emergency System as on time to delay.Emergency events always characterizes by paroxysm,uncertainty,threat and urgency and frightening.So the processors have to take measures for first aid and handling as quick and accuracy as he can,how to make it is the focus and the difficult part of the emergency response system.Based on rule reasoning,one efficacious and practical reasoning method of modern artificial intelligence techniques,Rule Engine offers intelligent logic processing service for the overall solution as an independent functional module.Because of the characteristics of the rule engine technology which is to deal with the main business logic code from the hard process of separation,and based on this basic characteristics and thus has easy maintenance,convenient scalability,visibility of the verifiable,reliable security and prominent runtime efficiency,The rule engine technology become the cutting-edge technology current and computer application industry.This paper studies how to integrate the rule engine in the specific application,especially the emergency response system, using the rule reasoning technique to auto process the emergency event intelligently,thus to improve the efficiency and accuracy.This paper first gave the background of the public emergency,analyzed the development status of rule engine,proposed research direction and focus.Secondly,studied the theory foundation of rule engine and clarified the thinking of rule engine,thoroughly investigate the mechanism of rule engine,then focused on the Rete Algorithm which is the commonly used core algorithm of pattern matching,detailed analysis algorithm and the process of implementation mechanisms,and summarized systematically some effective and feasible methods to improve Rete,Finally proposed a architecture which could conveniently integrated the rule engine in the enterprise applications and described the procedure of using this architecture to build emergency response platform at full length.
