By helps of board network technology,City Bus Information Integrated Control System realizes information sharing and correlative real-time control,and improves safety,comfort as well as decreases the dependence on the drivers.The performance of network is the foundation and guarantee of the whole city bus integrated control system.Therefore,it is highly significant to conduct researches on network testing technology.Based on performance indicators of LAN,5 indications,such as Channel Transmission Rate,Channel Throughput,Channel Utilization,Transmission Delay and Bit Error Rate are presented as the technical standard of city bus integrated control network.Rate Monotonic Analysis method is adopted in the analysis and testing of the real-time character of the network.Accordingly,average bus load rate and all of the information frames can be guaranteed to meet the requirement of information communication,the rationality of the communication protocol is verified theoretically.The main thesis jobs are as follows.Using Vehicle Spy 3 software of Intrepidcs Company,researches on network testing technology are performed based on semi-physical simulating method,and the test platform for city bus information integrated control system is constructed in terms of the neoⅥ_Blue devices.The test method was studied in three aspects,that is,test content,test procedure,test process. According to QC/T 413-2002 Basic technical conditions of Automotive electrical equipments and the application conditions,the testing content is confirmed, including low temperature tolerance test,high temperature testing,temperature / humidity combined cycle testing and shock and vibration resistance testing.Finally, network performance testing and module performance testing are performed on BH city bus,in which this integrated information control system was applied.The main research achievement in the paper has already been applied in the development of product,which is proved to be accurate and practical.Therefore,it is significant theoretically and valuable practically for the paper in the development of intelligent city bus and on-board network.
