As the quick development of information technique and Internet,Web-based applications extended to a wide range of complex applications and computing from simple Web browser. The demands of people on the Internet are no longer the only concern about the network connection function, but the Internet can effectively provide the services they need.Web services to be considered a self-contained, platform-independent,rapid application development support for the calculation of the elements, has a technology-neutral,loosely coupled, location transparency features, and so on.Because these features can achieve the maximization of enterprise IT asset reuse, Web service will be considered the trend of the future of software development. As the Web service technology maturing, the registration center has more and more services. However,it appears some fault as follows.Firstly, studies have shown that the provision of Web services, only around 34%are available, but the proportion for failure service is also increasing.Secondly, the amount of services which have same function is increasing, but the quality of service is uneven.Even some services exist hidden danger. Finally, with the increasing quantity in the registration center,if not in time to remove the unavailable service, the center will continue to increase the load register stress, affecting the efficiency of search. In response to these questions,in this article we propose that using the dynamic feedback mechanisms to obtain QoS value to improve the typical model of Web services. The services provider publishes the WSDL with QoS description. Then the services requester finds the services which match both the function and the QoS.After testing the Web services, the requester responses the result to the registration center. Finally, the registration center updates the QoS value and manages the services. At last,we practice and discuss the theory of chapter three a demo system, and analyzed the result of our experimentation.
