With the development of the computer technology and digital imaging technology,the computer vision technology.As a multi-disciplinary knowledge integration of new technologies is widely used in science and technology,national defense,aerospace aviation,intelligent transportation and all areas of the national economy.It has become one of the most important means of technology in the smart car condition sensing and it will be a hot topic in the automotive applications over the past two years.Firstly,the article demonstrates the necessary for research,the technical feasibility and the development prospects of DSP-based vision system of the automobile,introduced the composition of the system and the realization of the program combined with DSP technology and the theoretical knowledge based on machine vision technology.According to the requirements of performance of the Vision system,it selected the series processors TMS320DM6437 of Davinci which is the latest chip of it as the core processors.Visual system is that we need to get the image information.In the aspect of Video image processing,the article contrasted and analyzed the existing image processing technology,combined with the characteristics of road images and compared the experimental results programming,researched suitable algorithm to meet the needs of us or improved on the existing classical algorithm.The results showed that the algorithm is fast,stable and accurate when the average processing speed of recognition the structure of the road lane is about 23.4ms/frame.In this thesis,the own system of coordinates has been defined combined with the camera imaging model.To simplify the model,this thesis supposed that the camera is installed in the vehicle axis and there is no point of the level of bias in the course of the study.On this basis,we achieved the conversional between the image coordinate system and the world coordinate system,extracted the parameters of position and orientation of the vehicles in the lane in the current,also the detection of obstacles.Finally,the article introduced generally on the realization of the different aspects of the hardware and the software,including the guidance manner of the system, program optimizing,procedures programmer and so on.
