With the rapid development of computer technology, an increasing number of individual users to start using the computer. And accompanied by the advent of the Internet Age, the network has also walked into the tens of thousands of households. Many individual users using a software firewall, for protection against a variety of computer network threats and attacks, network security issues have become particularly important. Firewall security features in a certain sense to protect the personal safety of the host. However, in some applications, such as network information in a timely manner of voice and video transmission, networking, communication between application transmission, will be subject to certain transfer restrictions, which required the use of special technology to penetrate the firewall, in order to engage in normal communication.Based on this research background, and realize this thesis in individual host application layer and driver layer level two levels of firewall penetration techniques, namely the application layer in the socket handle to use DNS, the use of Winsock programming techniques to realize the firewall penetration; in the driver layer using Windows under the NDIS library for packet receiving and sending, in the data packet inspection firewall level down to achieve penetration of the firewall. This article first introduced the development of Windows, as well as its underlying architecture, introduce the overall structure of Windows and various layers, provides an overview of the various components under the windows, and other role, focused on Windows network architecture and the OSI reference model and Windows under the NDIS programming interface. Then introduction of today's firewall technology, the development of the firewall to do an overview and analysis of its strengths and weaknesses of their own shortcomings through the firewall to find the corresponding penetration firewall technologies and methods. Then on the Winsock technology overview, illustrated in Windows under the packet to send and receive. And then introduced in the Windows driver under preparation methods and techniques introduced Windows under the I / O principle. And then based on the application layer and driver layer to penetrate the firewall technology, the current mainstream personal firewall penetration test. Finally, this thesis research and work to do a summary and outlook.In this paper, finally realized at the level of use of computer applications to share a socket handle to penetrate the firewall, as well as the implementation at the level of the use of NDIS drivers to penetrate the purpose of a firewall. Breakthroughs in a number of network communication at the transmission constraints, the normal implementation of data communications.
