The strategic sense and the importance of informationtechnology to enterprise's survival development grow day by day, the enterprise also placesthe very high expectation to the informationization value. In recent years,somedomestic experts also conducted the research about the accept of the information technology.From the present domestic and foreign related research, we can see that in user'sdivision, which is mainly divided into two stratification planes including enterpriseorganization and individual.But in the actual information system application,specially withthe information technology's unceasing development, the enterprise informationizationcoverage is getting more and more broad, is also getting more and more complex, informationsystem's implementation can involve to the numerous departments as well as each level user.The application behavior of different department and different level's user is different inevitably, but there is not the research on this stratification plane's user condition at present.At the same time, in the research of the user's information technology acceptancebehavior, although attempting to forecast or explain information technology applicationcondition of the users, but is sketchy actually. Further carefully thoroughly research has notcarry on the description and limit of user's information technology acceptance condition. Theuser's information technology acceptance condition is not only acceptant or not, fusional ornot, different user's concrete application condition is varies,discussing these differences, andfurther analyzes the related influencing factor, have great important significance about theinformation system implements successfully, is worth us conducting the deep research.Furthermore, many research of the domestic and foreign are concentrate in the userbehavior before the acceptance decision-making, but after the organization making theacceptance decision-making, the research on user's information technology acceptancecondition is quite few.In view of the above states, this article in the literature reading foundation, this article'sresearch stage localized in the system application stage after the organization policy-making,simultaneously carried on a more careful division to the user, mainly discusses the user of thedepartment stratification plane, to discusse their information technology acceptance condition.The goal of the organization application information system is finally carrying on theeffective management to the organization operation, enhancing the organization corecompetitiveness, therefore, this article from the user application angle, also considereddepartment business management and the value creation, proposed the concept of informationsystem receptivity, to study the user's information technology acceptance condition, andanalysis the department's business support improvement degree after application theinformation system in the organization operation. To effectively carry on the weight of theinformation system receptivity, this article has constructed a set of measure target, mainlycontains acceptance depth and acceptance breadth two dimensions, reflecting separately thedepartment business management condition using information system and the businesscoverage condition. In the enterprise, the departments which are close related to business are mainly theSupply and sales Department, the Production department and the Finance department, but asfor other human resources departments and so on, analyzing from the value chain's angle,mainly belong to the auxiliary department.This article mainly analyse user's informationsystem receptivity difference of Supply and sales department and Finance department.Simultaneously according to the measure target which is established, carry on the contrastiveanalysis of the above department's information technology acceptance and applicationcondition in multiple perspectives, the research has discovered that the different department'sinformation system receptivity existence difference in the enterprise, no matter theacceptance depth or the acceptance breadth, is different, it is to say that the conditions of thedifferent departments using the information system in the business management and thebusiness coverage conditions are dissimilar.At the same time, according to the TOE theory frame, this article in view of theconcrete situation about the information system's application in departments, from threeaspects including the technical characteristic, the organization characteristic and theenvironmental factor, analyses the influencing factors,and has constructed the departmentuser's influencing factor frame. And this article applied the related analytic method to carry onthe examination in the remarkable influencing factor of user's information system acceptancedepth and acceptance breadth, so that it can carry on more target-oriented instruction todepartment's information system application, providing the reference for the differentorganization user deepening the information system's business application.Along with the aggravation of new technological revolution and global competitionenvironment, the enterprise faced with bigger and bigger challenge and opportunity. Theinformation technology has brought huge enhancement of the enterprise's productive forces,is the important means for the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage. Informationsystem's application is the core of enterprise informationization. The information system'sinvestment of enterprise also assumes the trend of escalation. But information systemutilization quality and success or not, is decided enormously in the user's information system acceptance condition, the user is information system's user, the user's information systemacceptance degree is more higher,the information system's application in organization ismore sufficient, the organization business's supporting degree is more higher,then the produceeffect of the enterprise's informationization investment will be also better. This article is aexploring research in information system application domain, proposing a kind of researchmentality and the angle of view.
