Traditional goods traffic forms have been changed by the appearance of container, which is playing an important role in the international trade transportation. For many years, people have been devoted to research the container packing question; the main goal is to find how to use the resources effectively such as space, time, load-carrying capacity and so on, to meet several restrictive conditions. In addition, the efficiency of container's loading and unloading is also a main factor to restrict container transportation. As such, the packing question has the important study value.The container's packing problem is a typical problem about optimization, so people often use the popular intelligent algorithm to seek an ideal packing plan. Along with further research, its algorithm is more and more complicated, the computing time is longer and longer, and then mechanized works are restricted because of goods interlocks stacking and bad regularity. The main two objects of storing and transporting of logistics companies are parcel cargos and bulky cargos. The latter one, i.e. the same specification goods, is selected as the study object of this article, and the emphasis is on the optimization problem of the one-dimensional packing and the two-dimensional packing by means of traditional constitutional formula heuristic algorithm, solving some shortcomings which often appeared in the three dimensional packing, such as stacking goods out of order, large computation quantity of algorithm,long computing time, etc. The purpose is to realize the intellectualization of the container loading, enhance the utilization of container's space, to avoid the unreliability in the loading process caused by the workers'depending on their experiences, improving the efficiency of container's loading and unloading.Finally, according to the actual requirements of logistics, a utility program was edited by the help of Visual Basic6.0 . The design thoughts of optimizing algorithm of this article were realized by means of the four modules: input, computation, chooses and outputs. Besides, the program's procedure was explained in detail, the flow chart of its essential algorithm and the schematic drawing of the finial loading plan was given. By comparison, the following conclusions was made: by the help of this algorithm, the utilization ratio of container's volume is much higher than that of general one, and this has better functions of usability and guidance for loading work.
