Design And Implementation Of Enterprise VoIP Network Telephone System

As a new telephone model, VoIP system has been used more and more, whose low cost characteristic has been accepted. In the mean time, the increasing improvement of performance also drives its own development. This paper studies the principle and key technologies of VoIP system, deeply analyses the resources and requirement of author's enterprise, then designs a VoIP system that can meet the need of enterprise and is suitable for enterprise based on the current network structure in the enterprise. It not only ensures the quality of calling, but also decreases the cost of long-distance phone and enterprise operation.In this paper, firstly we introduce the origin, development, principles and key technologies of VoIP system. Then we analyse the requirement on telephone business of author's erterprise, current telephone and network resources existing in enterprise. In this paper, we aim at current three telephone models, they are direct line model, PABX model and Centrex model, according to the network resources and requirement from enterprise, we design the VoIP system topology for each kind of telephone model, and make sure the voice signal can be transported successfully via network technology, decrease the latency of calling. After implementing the VoIP system, we analyse the performance of VoIP system, and finaily finish the smoothly transition from traditional telephone system to VoIP system.
