Application Of RS485 In Sewage Treatment Control System

Sewage treatment is very important for our living and production. It's also essential to our goal of sustainable development. In this thesis, sewage treatment of electric power industry is introduced. It contains techniques flow of sewage treatmen, the integrated application program development of computer, the design method of PLC control station and the network of sewage treatment with RS485 is also discussed.In this thesis, sewage treatment control system is proposed with the research of sewage treatment techniques. The control system consists of industrial person computer (IPC), PLC control system and local intelligent control instruments, etc. The system implements distributed control and centralized supervision in sewage treatment.The host computer mainly implements the functions of remote monitoring and management. It contains that dynamic show of techniques flow, real time data acquirement and show, history data save and print, fault alarm, etc. The PLC control system mainly accomplishes process flow control, harmonizes the logical relationship among local intelligent control instruments and transmits the state of local equipment to the host computer simultaneously, receives the control commands from the host computer. The local intelligent units take charge of the measurement, disposal and control of related parameters, and transmit the related parameters to the computer, etc.
