Founded on the demands of palletizing system and under the support of NEJ Packing Machine Limited Company (Jiangyin), this dissertation carries out the logistic control system design work which based on Panasonic FP Programmable Logic Controller. The following work has been completed:On the basis of a thorough investigation into the need of palletizing robot logistic system, a plan with low cost, high speed, small area and high efficiency has been proposed. The system is constituted by finished box line, empty pallet distributing line, finished pallet distributing line and pallet providing machine. The relative position of palletizing robot and logistic equipments are projected and the distribution of the system is figured out.After investigating multiple control systems, PLC automatic control system is chosen basing on productivity, reliability and manufacturing cost. Electrical design are based on the plan which Programmable Logic Controller as principal part and HMI, photoelectric sensor and so on as auxiliary parts. PLC type is chosen. I/O points are defined. Signal transaction between equipments is actualized. Security measurements of hardware system are illuminated.Control system adopt modularized software structure and the modules such as manual, automatic, exception handles and demos are planned and designed in detail. Ladder diagram and control interface of palletizing robot logistic system are designed by programming software FPWIN GR, configuration software EasyManager, and be able to monitor and control the logistic system.With a rational experiment, the system has been tested. The result shows that the control system can run stably and download normally and the PLC program could meet the requirement. The test verified the rationality and validity of the system.The design work of palletizing robot logistic control system has been completed. The test of simulation experiment in the lab shows that satisfying results are acquired and the program can meet the requirements of the factory.
