Terminal guidance radar signal processing is one important technique for anti-ship missile seeker. The performance of signal processing determines directly the final attack effect. This paper studies on the algorithms of signal processing for anti-ship terminal guidance radar.Firstly, the simulation of radar echo is presented, including sea clutter and the echo of target. Based on the radar cross sector theory sea clutter is simulated by using mathematical physics method, which is verified by existing data; based on strong scattering point theory the target model is built, so the target echo can be simulated, which pave the way for the following study.Secondly, the situation that sea clutter enhances and SCR deteriorates is discussed. By comparing the existing methods which are used to suppress sea clutter, the performance of high range resolution and Doppler filter techniques is introduced. Then Doppler filter technique is proved to be a better way to ameliorate SCR.Thirdly, angle glint is studied. The cause of angle glint is analyzed, base on which the methods of high resolution technique for angle glint suppression are studied, then high range resolution technique and high Range-Doppler resolution technique are presented, whose performance is simulated and analyzed. The result demonstrates that high resolution technique is feasible. Then, based on Range-Doppler measuring angle two-dimensional image of scatters is obtained, probe into two methods of selecting aim point by different criteria, whose validities are proved by simulation.
