In the complex electromagnetic interference environment, the antenna sidelobe cancellation is one of some effective measures to restrain active jamming. In this paper, it is elaborated the research background of sidelobe cancellation at first, then analyzed the basic principle of analog, digital and the analog-digital mixed system of SLC, carried on the model simulation to each kind of SLC system, discussed several factors which have influence on the performance of SLC, such as channel noise, antenna magnitude error and channels magnitude-phase difference and so on. It is studied an analog-digital mixed system of SLC on an improved type of radar, and had a simulation of the performance. Finally it is completed the design and realization of the FPGA and the DSP procedures in digital processing model, which is a part of the analog-digital mixed system of SLC. And in the end to the problem occurred in the real debug that could not enable canceling because of channels magnitude-phase difference, the procedure of the magnitude compensation and the phase compensation is programmed to guarantee the performance of cancellation's realization. Compared with analog system or digital system of SLC, this analog-digital mixed system of SLC enjoys more advantages, thus the paper is of important meaning in realistical usage.
