With the exploitation and using the resource of the ocean,ships used for conveyance are developed to large-size and high-spees,traffic density is increasing continuously,sailing security is threatened,so hgher request is advanced for the control of ship movement.But track control is necessary as far as longtime navigation is concerned,for it can cut down the working intensity of seaman,improve the security.A deect track control method based on algotithm genetic optimizing fuzzy rules is brought forward.Firstly,ship's movement model is created.According to the constituent of electro-hydraulic servo,rudder machine's model is built.The wind ,current and sea wave disturbance can produce strong influence on ship sailing.Therefore,the wind, current and sea wave disturbance is modeled.Next, track control is the key in the dissertation. So,we study the basal principle,track control types,track arithmetic.It is ready for designing fuzzy controller.Next, PID controller is applied to the linearity system which has accurate model ,but it isn't applied to the ship movement which is the non-linear system and can't make the accurate model.So Track fuzzy control is designed.Afterwards,in the process of designing fuzzy controller,the fuzzy rules obtained is subjective and determinate.So the method of improving the fuzzy controller's capability of control is brought forward .The fuzzy rules were optimized by genetic algotithm,solve the blidness in the process of determining the fuzzy rules of ship's track.Finally, the simulations in different sea conditions and encounter angles are carried out. The curves and statistic values of 3 kinds of control methods, 3 kinds of fins are given. The result indicated the fuzzy controller optimized by genetic algotithm has higher track control precision,ship arrive the set-track in short time,and it can save the system's energy.Fuzzy rules optimized by genetic algotithm is a good method.
