Nowadays, in order to enhance the invisibility of sonar systems, sonar transmitter power reducing, it is necessary to enhance the reception capacity of sonar receivers. At the same time, sonar systems work in all sorts of interference, so, how to improve sonar equipment anti-jamming capability has become the focus of attention of the field. To enhance sonar equipment's performance, it must improve its anti-interference capability, and the need to reduce the interference of other equipment, sonar equipment to improve the Electromagnetic Compatibility.Papers provides an Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) programme. In this paper, the basic concepts and principles of the electromagnetic compatibility, the route of transmission interference, EMC design standards and norms, the design of EMC equipment and other and development tools were introduced.Papers presented in the EMI material and methods to choose EMI material. At the same time, given the general formula of the shielding effectiveness. Through the analysis and discussion of the EMI material parameters, papers have got metal plate shielding effectiveness formula, single and double metal mesh shielding effectiveness formula, the existence of pore shielding effectiveness formula. Using of software simulation, this paper have discussed shielding effectiveness of metal plate and metal mesh with different parameters.According to EMI design rules in this paper, as well as EMI components, with grounding design, power supply design based on EMI rules, in accordance with the principle of drawing graphs PCB, the paper is designed to meet a EMC requirements of the generic motherboard, Under different conditions of its noise measurement, combined the measurements results, the equipment for further electromagnetic compatibility design work provided a reference.
